Find data center construction projects by location and stage
Choose a state, search a city or record ID, then compare the recorded stages. Planned and approved records can help you identify developments to watch. For a construction-stage record, check which site, building or phase the evidence describes.
A recorded stage does not establish an open bid, a contractor award or complete U.S. coverage. Open a preview and identify the next source or decision worth checking. Use the permit-checking workflow to separate zoning decisions from issued permits and confirm the work each covers.

Choose a research workflow for your team
Once you have a location and recorded stage, use the relevant guide to decide what to confirm before pursuing the project. The procurement-route evidence checklist helps separate a reported participant from purchasing responsibility and an available work package. The North Carolina permit-research context, Indiana approval-research context and Wisconsin permit-research context connect existing previews to the relevant state record tools and local checks.
For South Carolina permitting and public-hearing research, follow the current program resources and distinguish public notices from issued decisions.
For Ohio permit-record research, distinguish draft and final documents and keep missing-source questions open.
- General contractors: check site or phase fit, participant roles, and evidence behind the next development milestone.
- Electrical contractors: separate utility power, equipment procurement, and installation scope.
- Equipment suppliers: establish the package, purchasing responsibility, and specification or procurement decision.
- Commissioning firms: check testing scope, handoff responsibilities, and evidence for energization or acceptance milestones.
- Business-development teams: qualify the territory, decision-maker role, and next evidence-backed conversation.
