Service and membership terms

Public research and member access
Public pages introduce Radar’s project research. Membership includes the member project catalog, available project details, and Discovery. Research depth varies by record. Coverage and available information change as research develops.
Pricing and automatic renewal
Individual costs $49 monthly or $490 annually. Team costs $199 monthly or $1,990 annually for up to five named users in one company. Research Partner costs $3,990 annually, with scope and service start date agreed before payment. Your chosen plan renews at its stated interval until canceled.
Before paying, verify your account email and accept these terms. Stripe displays the amount and billing frequency before you confirm the purchase. An email request or a visit to checkout does not authorize a payment.
Cancellation and billing
You can cancel future renewals from your account using Manage billing & cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues through that period. Annual Individual and Team payments include a 30-day full-refund guarantee. Research Partner has separate terms reflecting its delivered services. Cancellation alone does not request a refund. For billing errors, access interruptions, or refund requests, contact support@datacenterradar.com. Any rights required by applicable law remain in effect.
If a renewal payment fails, access is not extended beyond the period already paid. You can update your payment details through the billing portal. Membership pricing changes, if any, will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal.
Billing and refund terms form part of this membership agreement, including the annual guarantee, company seats and Research Partner allowance. Previous subscription terms remain available for historical acceptance records.
Using the research
Radar provides research information with varying levels of supporting evidence. Review the sources, dates, and project scope before relying on a record. Classifications and announced figures are not guarantees of approval, financing, construction, or completion. See our research methodology.
Accounts and responsible use
Use your own authorized account. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access for misuse or security reasons. Contact support about access interruptions or account closure.
Privacy and existing access
Our privacy notice explains account and payment information. Enter card information only on Stripe’s secure checkout. Existing invitations and prior purchases retain their agreed terms; they are not automatically converted into subscriptions.
