Project overview

The Morris data center campus has zoning and land-use entitlements in place. Its January 2026 announcement describes infrastructure planning ahead of future power delivery. This puts the project beyond an initial land proposal, while leaving a clear distinction between an approved campus plan and data center buildings that are under construction or operating.
