Each request includes up to one hour for scoping, reviewing sources and preparing your response. We agree on the question before starting, then send what we found, the supporting links and what to check next.
We acknowledge your request within one business day and deliver the agreed response within five business days after scope acceptance.
Some questions remain unresolved after a source review. We'll explain what we checked and what would be needed to go further. Extra investigation or paid records require your agreement to a separate scope and price.
You get one request in each monthly service period. Unused requests don't roll over. A request received before a period ends keeps its allowance even if delivery falls in the next period.

Separate Individual memberships cost less for two or three users. Team can still make sense if company billing, seat replacements and onboarding justify the difference. Three annual Individual memberships cost $1,470, so Team adds $520 a year. At four users, Team adds $30 a year. At five, it saves $460 a year.
Yes, on Team and Research Partner. We can include your purchase-order reference on the invoice. Choose “Pay by invoice” or tell us your billing preference when discussing Research Partner.
Team access is activated within one business day after payment. We email setup instructions to your company administrator. Different payment terms can be agreed in writing.
Yes. Your company administrator can email support@datacenterradar.com to replace a named user. Each person has their own account, with up to five active users in one company.
Radar focuses on project research and the companies involved. Membership does not include a directory of verified personal email addresses or phone numbers.
Your request includes up to one hour. We will report the findings and explain any further work before quoting it. You decide whether to proceed.
