BREADTH OF RESEARCH
454 additional discovery records
The member catalog extends beyond the public directory. These records provide leads for investigation. Source confirmation varies; a discovery record does not establish a current project stage or an open pursuit.

SOURCE-LINKED PUBLIC SUBSET
Public profiles by recorded stage
These stages describe the 516 public profiles, rather than all 970 tracked records.
Status reflects the source-linked research snapshot, with documented event updates where available. Review dates are shown on each profile.
Understand project stages ↗Reading the numbers
The tracked count includes source-linked profiles and discovery leads; it is not a count of verified projects. Use public previews to discover projects and member records to inspect the available source evidence. A source-linked record can still have unanswered questions; a research lead is not yet an independently verified project.
These counts recalculate from the published catalog when you load the page. New public profiles and reviewed changes appear after publication; incoming headlines do not automatically become project facts. The counts describe Radar’s coverage, not national industry totals. Capacity and investment figures remain attached to their project context because building, campus, and announced values are not always comparable. Read the research methodology.
