Your pilot access
Data Center Radar provides invitation-only research access for business users. Your invitation identifies your email, included features, and access expiration. Creating an account or accepting an invitation does not charge you.
The friends and colleagues paid pilot costs USD $5 once for 30 days of project tracker, project detail, and Discovery access. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Payment is a separate, affirmative purchase through Stripe checkout. Free access already granted remains free for its agreed term.
Paid access is activated automatically after Stripe confirms payment. Bank payments may take longer to clear. Your 30 days begin at activation; your access confirmation states the start and end dates. Use your invited email at checkout. Confirm that you can sign in with that email before purchasing. Do not pay again if activation is pending; contact support@datacenterradar.com.
At the end of the paid pilot, no further payment is taken. Any extension or future paid plan requires a separate agreement. For billing questions, duplicate payments, access problems, or refund requests, contact support@datacenterradar.com. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
Appropriate use
Use your own invited account for internal business research and evaluation. Do not share account credentials or invitation links, bypass access limits, interfere with the service, or provide employer-confidential or other information you are not authorized to share. Additional team members need their own authorized access.
Bulk copying, scraping, resale, and republication of the service's research collection require written permission. These terms do not restrict rights you independently hold in public-domain information, facts, or material obtained lawfully from its original source.
Research and its limits
Coverage is selective and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Headlines, state mentions, and suggested project matches are leads for investigation. Source retrieval does not verify every field in a record. A planning approval, announced capacity, proposed schedule, or named participant does not guarantee construction, financing, an open bid, or a contract opportunity.
Verify material facts with the cited publisher, relevant authority, or project participant before making a business commitment. Record dates, source dates, and event dates have different meanings. The service does not guarantee exhaustive U.S. coverage or any commercial result.
Source materials
Linked publisher content remains subject to its owner's rights and terms. Access to Data Center Radar does not grant rights to republish an article, download a third-party dataset for redistribution, or reuse confidential material. We may correct, remove, or restrict records and links as source availability or rights change.
Feedback and privacy
Send feedback, correction requests, access requests, and privacy questions to support@datacenterradar.com. Submit only information you are entitled to share. We may use feedback to improve the service; you retain your rights in material you provide.
The privacy notice explains account, access, and payment information. Enter payment details only on Stripe checkout. Do not send card details or confidential project documents to Data Center Radar.
Changes and ending the pilot
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your access. We may suspend access for misuse, security issues, or source-rights concerns. Features and records may change during evaluation. Contact support about any interruption to paid access. These terms do not retroactively charge a free pilot or start a subscription.
Service availability and applicable rights
This is an evaluation service and may be interrupted or withdrawn. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or complete recovery of every saved action. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Acceptance
When accepting your invitation, agree to these dated terms and acknowledge that you have read the privacy notice. We record the document version, your account identifier, workspace, and acceptance time.
