Find South Carolina projects by stage and location

Choose the recorded construction stage, then search a city or public project name. A stage is a research lead; it does not establish an open bid, contractor award or available contract.

0 matching public records. Separate phases may have separate records.

No matching public previews.

Try another city, clear the search or browse all stages. Public coverage is selective; no match does not mean no project exists.

Researching South Carolina data center construction opportunities

Use the public previews to identify a lead, then establish its site, phase and next decision before committing pursuit time. These records describe Radar's coverage; a recorded stage does not establish an available contract, a contractor award or a complete statewide facility map.

Use current permit resources and follow notice outcomes

SCDES's Environmental Application Tracker guidance warns that the legacy Bureau of Air Quality application and decision statuses are no longer current after the move to ePermitting. Start from the agency's ePermitting resources and Site Explorer link for current program information. Match the facility, permit reference and work scope before interpreting a status.

The agency's public-notice guidance explains searches by county, program and site and directs listed program notices to ePermitting. It retains separate handling for some coastal consistency notices, so follow the coverage notes for the actual program. Read the notice and any hearing or comment dates, then look for the dated decision, conditions and later actions. A notice or scheduled hearing does not establish an issued permit or permission for every part of a development.

Keep environmental records separate from the named locality's land-use and building questions. Use the approval evidence register to identify each authority and work scope, and leave missing or conflicting answers unresolved. These statewide starting points do not establish the permits or current progress of any Radar preview.

Turn a source match into a qualified next step

Record the authority, reference, decision date, phase, conditions and date checked. For a hearing, read its outcome and adopted text. For a withdrawal, identify the request or phase withdrawn. Keep local power, water, access or noise concerns tied to dated evidence before describing their effect on a project.

Use the permit-check workflow, then the procurement-route checklist to confirm purchasing responsibility and a current route for your package. Browse South Carolina public previews without treating separate phase records as unique campuses.

Official resource descriptions checked October 14, 2026. This guidance does not verify individual project permits or refresh project source-check dates.

Separate campuses and phases may have separate records. Counts describe our research coverage, not statewide industry totals.
