The campus, historical road plan and separate surface-water phase have different scopes. They do not establish current building permits, completed work or a separate phase for the overlapping imported aliases.

This is the reported stage in the retained source material, not a new confirmation of present conditions. A proposal, permission, construction phase and operating milestone are different claims. Check later decisions, withdrawals and changes before acting.

“Retrieved by Radar” is when we obtained the source for this review. “Source check” applies to the facts cited here. Neither date means the project itself changed.

Member research: available contractors and engineers, exact reported values and capacity evidence, detailed sources and permitting history, plus tracker CSV export. Availability and verification vary by record.

DOCUMENTED APPROVAL HISTORY

Documented approval history

These dated records describe decisions and procedural steps. A hearing or lawsuit does not, on its own, establish a delay or a change in project stage.

Campus zoning entitlement established; individual building permits and construction unresolved.

Decision and source check

The county page records REZ2023-00035 rezoning approximately 1,211 acres at Hickory Hill Road and Old Ridge Road to M-1 with conditions on March 27, 2024, alongside CUP2023-00014 and SE2023-00023. The April 1, 2024 special-exception action letter confirms SE2023-00023 on the same five GPINs; the county webpage displays a different SE identifier. Individual building sites still require site-plan review before building permits. This is a separate site from the Mountain Road proposal.
