PROJECT PREVIEW

Switch Las Vegas Al Factory 1

Planned

The campus remains reported as planned; the imported Digital Realty ownership attribution conflicts with the acquisition source.

Recorded stage
Planned

The operator identifies the Core campus, not a building-specific AI Factory permit. Known attribution correction: DigitalBridge-affiliated funds and IFM acquired Switch; the imported Digital Realty attribution is contradicted and is not published as the developer.

This is the reported stage in the retained source material, not a new confirmation of present conditions. A proposal, permission, construction phase and operating milestone are different claims. Check later decisions, withdrawals and changes before acting.
