Coweta County minutes record April 7, 2026 approval of REZ 24-19 for Atlas Development/Prologis Project Sail: five parcels totaling 829.41 acres at Welcome to Sargent Road and Wagers Mill Road, rezoned from RC/M to M for data-center use. The adopted conditions cap development at nine data-center buildings and 4,340,000 square feet; require transportation improvements before permanent-building permits and occupancy; require a decommissioning/site-restoration plan before a land-disturbance permit; and require obtaining that permit within 18 months beginning the next business day after approval, or the Board may initiate rezoning. These conditions do not prove permits were issued, compliance occurred or construction began.
