Reported project facts

Reported; not independently confirmed by Radar. Source publication, retrieval and recheck dates: Not yet recorded.

Reported developer / operator: Metrobloks LLC in joint venture with Lincoln Property Company
Location: Liberty, Clay County, Missouri
Recorded stage: Stage under review

Issued building permits were not established in the retained review. That is not a finding that no permit exists; a matched instrument is still needed.

This is the reported stage in the retained source material, not a new confirmation of present conditions. A proposal, permission, construction phase and operating milestone are different claims. Check later decisions, withdrawals and changes before acting.
