Radar’s catalog expands as project records are added and reviewed. Public previews introduce the projects; member records contain the supporting research. To interpret any coverage figure, start with the research set it describes and the date attached to it.
A record is not always a unique facility
A campus can contain several buildings and phases. Separate records may refer to different development stages at the same location. Until site and phase relationships have been reconciled, a record count should not be relabeled as a facility count.
Public coverage is deliberately selective
Public previews show general location and recorded stage. Full source collections and project details are reserved for members. The broader member tracker also includes leads at earlier stages of verification. Tracked-catalog totals and public-profile totals are labeled separately so readers can distinguish research breadth from publicly available previews.
A review date measures a research action
Checking a document today does not mean the project changed today. We keep source review dates separate from dated project events. A source connection or a successful page fetch also does not independently verify all the claims in a record.
Use the source alongside the statistic
Click a state or status in the coverage statistics to inspect its underlying records. Cite the snapshot date and explain that the figures describe Radar’s coverage. If you need national market totals, this dataset alone does not establish them.
