Find Ohio projects by stage and location
Search a city or public project name and choose a recorded stage. Planned and Site preparation records do not establish that a project is under construction. A stage does not establish an open bid, contractor award or available contract.
No matching public previews.
Try another city, clear the search or browse all stages. Public coverage is selective; no match does not mean no project exists.
View all Ohio public recordsWhat these public records establish
Keep site preparation separate from main-building construction. An unknown activity or completed source-check date stays unknown.
23 published public records on this page; 20 include the current field-level source report. Other previews retain their narrower published scope. These counts are records in Radar, not unique campuses, statewide totals or active bids.

Use the recorded-stage filters to choose a lead, then match a dated decision to its exact site, phase, authority and conditions. Check later amendments, withdrawals and restrictions. Missing public fields remain unknown; membership does not turn an uncertain claim into a verified fact.

Researching Ohio data center construction opportunities
Use the public previews to identify a lead, then establish its site, phase and next decision before committing pursuit time. These records describe Radar's coverage; a recorded stage does not establish an available contract, a contractor award or a complete statewide facility map.
Read the document type and decision before relying on an issued label
Ohio EPA's issued-air-permit guidance directs researchers to its eDocument system. Its terminology distinguishes draft-issued permits for comment from final-issued permits. Check the underlying document, effective date, authorized work and conditions before interpreting a search label.
The eDocument Search guidance describes searches by facility, county, program, document type, reference and date. It notes that not every agency document is online and recent records can take time to appear. A missing result leaves the question open. Use the agency's records-help route when the document cannot be found or read; keep that gap explicit in your pursuit notes.
Match each environmental record to the actual site and phase. Check the responsible locality's zoning, hearing outcomes and building records separately, using the approval evidence register. These resource descriptions do not verify a permit, construction progress or procurement opportunity for any Radar preview.
Turn a source match into a qualified next step
Record the authority, reference, decision date, phase, conditions and date checked. For a hearing, read its outcome and adopted text. For a withdrawal, identify the request or phase withdrawn. Keep local power, water, access or noise concerns tied to dated evidence before describing their effect on a project.
Use the permit-check workflow, then the procurement-route checklist to confirm purchasing responsibility and a current route for your package. Browse Ohio public previews without treating separate phase records as unique campuses.
Official resource descriptions checked October 14, 2026. This guidance does not verify individual project permits or refresh project source-check dates.
Separate campuses and phases may have separate records. Counts describe our research coverage, not statewide industry totals.
