Find North Carolina projects by stage and location

Choose the recorded construction stage, then search a city or public project name. A stage is a research lead; it does not establish an open bid, contractor award or available contract.

0 matching public records labeled Under Construction. Separate phases may have separate records.

No matching public previews.

Try another city, clear the search or browse all stages. Public coverage is selective; no match does not mean no project exists.

Researching North Carolina data center construction opportunities

Use the public previews to identify a lead, then establish its site, phase and next decision before committing pursuit time. These records describe Radar's coverage; a recorded stage does not establish an available contract, a contractor award or a complete statewide facility map.

Separate pending environmental applications from retained permit records

North Carolina DEQ's Environmental Application Tracker follows pending applications through review. Search by location, facility, permit number or application type, then match the result to the source's site and work scope. DEQ says applications leave this tracker 30 days after a final decision. A missing result does not establish that a project has no permit or no activity.

DEQ also notes that permits from the local air-quality programs in Forsyth, Mecklenburg and Buncombe counties may be absent, and that water-quality data is updated on business days rather than in real time. Check the relevant program and the DEQ public-record repositories for the underlying documents. Keep environmental review separate from the actual locality's zoning and building-permit records.

Turn a source match into a qualified next step

Record the authority, reference, decision date, phase, conditions and date checked. For a hearing, read its outcome and adopted text. For a withdrawal, identify the request or phase withdrawn. Keep local power, water, access or noise concerns tied to dated evidence before describing their effect on a project.

Use the permit-check workflow, then the procurement-route checklist to confirm purchasing responsibility and a current route for your package. Browse North Carolina public previews without treating separate phase records as unique campuses.

Official resource descriptions checked October 13, 2026. This guidance does not verify individual project permits or refresh project source-check dates.

Separate campuses and phases may have separate records. Counts describe our research coverage, not statewide industry totals.
