Archived pilot privacy notice

Effective September 12, 2026

JELL Capital Investments, LLC · support@datacenterradar.com

Information used by the pilot

When you sign in, the hosting and sign-in service provides account identity information such as your user identifier and email address; a display name may also be supplied. Data Center Radar uses your identity to recognize your invitation, determine your permitted features, and separate your saved activity from other users.

The application stores invitation and membership records, access permissions and expiration dates, and access-administration events. Where your role permits it, saved activity may include source checks, discovery items, research decisions, labels, and notes. The Discovery-only customer test has no research-administration permissions.

The hosting provider also processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as request routes, network information, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. Sign-in and essential browser storage support authentication and invitation acceptance. The application does not ask for your ChatGPT password or general conversation history.

When you accept an invitation, we also record the dated terms and privacy notice version acknowledged, your account identifier, workspace, and acceptance time.

How information is used

We use this information to operate the pilot, enforce access limits, investigate errors and misuse, respond to support requests, and improve the research experience. Avoid sending confidential employer information, payment-card details, or other sensitive material through the pilot.

Providers and outside links

OpenAI's Sites platform and Cloudflare infrastructure support hosting, authentication, storage, and delivery. They process information under their applicable arrangements and policies. Following a source link takes you to another publisher's service, whose own practices apply.

Retention and requests

Pilot records may remain after an invitation or grant expires; expiration stops access and does not itself delete stored records. Records are retained as needed for operation, security, support, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact support@datacenterradar.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account. We may need to verify the request and explain any applicable retention limitation.

We have not promised a specific automatic deletion schedule for application records or provider logs. Recovery copies follow a separate operational retention policy. Applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances.

Paid pilot payments

Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment information under its own privacy policy. Data Center Radar does not collect full card numbers or security codes. Stripe may provide us with the checkout email, billing name, amount, currency, payment status, payment identifier, and receipt or refund details.

We use payment records to match purchases to invitations, activate the agreed access period, handle billing support and refunds, and maintain necessary business records. Stripe sends signed payment notifications to activate access automatically. We also record the signed-in email and terms accepted when checkout begins. Access expiration does not delete payment records. Contact support@datacenterradar.com with privacy requests; please do not include card details.

The September 9, 2026 privacy notice remains available for the earlier free pilot. This notice describes the additional processing for paid access. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Changes

If pilot practices materially change, we will update this notice and communicate the change before collecting information for a materially different purpose.
